1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by HQSoftware OÜ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Online and in-person programming courses

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Student

Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
Cancellation 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before course start: No refund
Cancellation after course commencement: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or transfer to another course.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

Attend classes regularly and punctually
Complete assignments and projects on time
Respect other students and instructors
Provide accurate information during enrollment
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, code examples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of HQSoftware OÜ. Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes only.

8. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificate requirements include:

Attendance of at least 80% of classes
Completion of all assignments
Passing final assessment (if applicable)

9. Limitation of Liability

HQSoftware OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

11. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional behavior and respect for all participants. Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic restrictions.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
